Appointment & Walk-In Policy

Appointment & Walk-In Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is one reason why occasional appointment delay is inevitable, but we do make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We accept walk-ins as time permits, but they will always be seen after any scheduled appointments and/or emergencies. This is why we strongly suggest you call ahead for an appointment.

Erin McNeill,

Patient Safety & Arrival Policy

For the protection of all owners, pets, and staff, all dogs and cats MUST be on a leash or in a carrier while in our hospital. Many pets are nervous within the hospital, and the safety of all involved is our first priority. If you do not have a leash or carrier, we will be happy to lend you one for the duration of your visit; simply ask at the front desk before bringing your pet inside. Also, if you need assistance bringing your pet inside, just ask. We are happy to help!

For the safety of all animals in our care, we further require that all pets be current on vaccinations, especially rabies, as required by law.
